Analytics is part of the Agency plan. Open it from the project sidebar.
Summary cards
| Card | How it is calculated |
|---|---|
| Total feedback | Every issue in the project. |
| Open | Issues whose status is Open (In Progress is not counted). |
| Resolved | Issues that are Resolved, with the resolution rate as a share of all issues. |
| Avg resolution | Average time from created to resolved, in hours. |
Charts
- Feedback over time: one bar per day for the last 30 days.
- By type, By status and By priority.
- Top pages and Top reporters: the five most frequent.
Good to know
Analytics covers all of the project's feedback. There is no date-range filter or export yet. Closed and Won't Fix issues are not counted in the resolution rate.
