Manage projects
Search and organise projects, set domains, archive or delete, and control guest visibility.
Updated October 2026
The projects list
- Switch between Active and Archived, search by name or domain, and choose grid or list view. Projects show 8 per page.
- Each card shows the thumbnail, when it was last active and the number of open issues (Open plus In Progress).
- The card menu has Feedback, Widget, Settings, Archive or Restore, and Delete permanently.
Project settings
Open Settings → General inside a project.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Project icon and name | PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG up to 2 MB. |
| Website domains | At least one. The first is the primary. Entries are tidied automatically, so https://www.Example.com/app becomes example.com. |
| Widget access | Allow the widget on any website, or only on your listed domains. Other sites see "This website is not allowed to send feedback." |
| Thumbnail | Upload an image (PNG, JPG or WebP, best at 1920×1080) or generate one from your website. |
| Guest visibility | Let guests see and comment on issues from other guests. Off means guests only see their own. |
| Comments | Allow comments on Resolved and Closed issues. |
Archive and delete
- Archive hides the project and stops the widget accepting feedback. Your data is kept and you can Restore it any time.
- Delete permanently removes the project's feedback, screenshots and settings. You confirm by typing the project name. This cannot be undone.
Access works at workspace level (everyone on the team can open every project), plus per-project guests. There is no separate member list per project.
