Your profile and personal information

Change your name, avatar, email and password, set email preferences, or delete your account.

Open Settings → Profile (the first item under Personal).

Upload a JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP image up to 2 MB. It appears next to your comments and in the team list.

Personal information

The Save button is only active once you change something, and a Profile saved message confirms it.

Change your email

1. 1Click Change email next to your address and type the new one.
2. 2Click Save. PinMarks emails a confirmation link to the new address.
3. 3Open the email and click the link to finish. Your sign-in email changes only after you confirm.

Change your password

Under Change password enter your current password, then the new password twice (at least 8 characters). If you only ever signed in with Google, there is no current password to enter, so you can just set one.

Email notifications

Three switches control which emails you get: New feedback submitted, Status changes and New comments. They apply to issues assigned to you (and comments that mention you). Each change is saved immediately. See Notifications and emails for exactly when each one is sent.

Delete your account

Delete my account (at the bottom of the page) asks you to type your email address to confirm, then signs you out. It cannot be undone. Your sign-in is removed; comments and feedback you wrote remain in the workspace they belong to. To have those removed too, or to delete a whole workspace, see Your data and privacy.
