Settings for each tool
What you choose for ClickUp, Asana, Jira, GitHub, Linear and the others, and the permissions each asks for.

How integrations work
- Only owners and admins can manage integrations.
- Only one issue tracker can be active per project. Disable the current one before enabling another. Slack and webhooks can run alongside it.
- Tools with extra options (ClickUp, Asana, monday.com, Teamwork, Basecamp, Notion, Linear, Wrike, Shortcut) get their own settings page once connected. Jira, GitHub, GitLab and Trello stay on the simple list.
- A banner on the page tells you whether the tool's webhooks are working. Two-way webhook sync needs the Pro plan or above.

ClickUp in detail
- Status auto-update with a mapping from PinMarks Open, In Progress, Resolved and Closed to one or more ClickUp list statuses.
- Activity updates: three switches that add a comment on the task when status, type or priority change.
- Main account and reporting account: choose whether reports are created by the workspace's main account or by each person's personal ClickUp account. Guests always use the main account.
- Extra fields for the task are set in Guest forms and Member forms.
Removing an integration
Remove integration disconnects the tool and removes its webhook. Items already created in the tool are left as they are.
