Issue trackers and project tools
Connect a tool, choose where issues go, and understand what syncs back to PinMarks.

Supported tools
Jira, GitHub Issues, GitLab, Linear, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, monday.com, Notion, Slack, Basecamp, Shortcut, Teamwork, Wrike and Azure DevOps, plus a Custom Webhook for anything else (see Webhooks).
Connect a tool
- 1Open your project and go to Settings → Integrations.
- 2Pick a tool and click connect. A popup opens where you sign in to that tool (Slack asks you to choose a channel).
- 3Choose the destination: the repository, list, board or project that new issues should go to.
- 4Submit a test report. It appears in your tool within seconds.
Shortcut works differently
Paste an API token from Shortcut (Settings → API Tokens). For status sync, paste the webhook URL and secret PinMarks gives you into Shortcut's webhook settings.
Once enabled, every new feedback creates an item in each connected tool automatically. For ClickUp, Asana, monday.com, Notion, Linear, Shortcut, Teamwork, Wrike, Azure DevOps and Basecamp you can also push an existing issue manually from its detail page.
Shared and personal accounts
- Shared accounts (Settings → Shared accounts, owners and admins): connect a tool once for the whole workspace, and teammates report into it without logging in themselves.
- Personal accounts (Settings → Accounts): connect your own login so issues are created as you. ClickUp lets you pick a main or personal reporting account per project.

Questions
A new tool shows "connect" but the popup is blocked
Allow popups for app.pinmarks.io in your browser, then click connect again.
Reports are not reaching my tool
Check that the integration is enabled for that project and that the connected account can still create items in the chosen destination. Reconnect the account if its access was revoked.
Do clients see internal notes in the tracker?
No. Comments marked Internal note stay in PinMarks only.
