Team, guests and access
Invite teammates, share a guest link with clients, and review activity in audit logs.

Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including deleting the workspace. Cannot be edited. |
| Admin | Invite members, manage projects and settings, update feedback. |
| Member | View and manage feedback. Cannot invite or remove others. |
Invite teammates
Go to Settings → Members and enter an email and a role. The invitee gets an email, and you also get a copyable invite link. Team invitations expire after 7 days, so resend one if it lapses. You can change a role afterwards with Change role.
Guests and clients
Guests are clients or reviewers who can report and follow feedback without being part of your team.
- Secret invite link: under Project → Settings → Guest access, share the link (
/guest/join?s=…). You can regenerate it at any time. - Invite by email: invite specific people.
- In the guest portal (
/guest) they see their projects, can report and comment, and can change a status when you allow it. Whether they see other guests' issues is a project setting.
Audit logs
Settings → Audit Logs records project created/updated/deleted, member invited/removed/role changed, and feedback created and status changes. Filter by area and by date range (7, 30 or 90 days).
