Keep a signed history of scans and fixes, share a public proof page and publish an accessibility statement.

What the vault stores

Every full scan is archived for up to two years, and the Proof of fixes log records which issues were found and fixed, who fixed them and when. Open it from Monitor → Compliance vault (Agency plan; owners and admins enable it).

Legal evidence package

Download a ZIP (README, an HTML report, scan history, fix log, open issues, statement versions and a signed certificate) or a PDF. The certificate is signed with HMAC-SHA256 so it can be verified later. Both are branded with PinMarks.

Public report page

Under Shareable report you get a hosted page at /compliance/<your-link> that anyone can open without a login. Set the public organisation name and contact email, and generate a new link to invalidate the old one.

Accessibility statement

Publish a statement at /accessibility-statement/<your-link> covering the standards you follow (WCAG 2.2, ADA, EAA, ACA, Section 508, EN 301 549), known limitations and a feedback contact. Versions are kept, so you can unpublish or restore an earlier draft.
