What guests see

How clients join, what they can do in the guest portal and how to invite them.

Joining

• An email invite from Project → Settings → Guest access is valid for 30 days.
• The shareable join link is valid for 90 days or until you revoke it.
• Guests sign up or sign in with their name, email and password. They do not need a paid subscription.

The guest portal

Guests with one project go straight to it; guests with several see a list and a project switcher. They see feedback for that project in a table (title, status, priority, reporter), or only their own items if guest visibility is off. Each issue shows the description, page URL, screenshot and comments. They have their own notifications and a profile page where they can change their display name.

What guests can do

• Report feedback with the widget.
• Comment and @mention members or other guests. Comments notify the team.
• Change the status of issues they can see, which syncs to your tracker like a dashboard change.

Guests never see internal notes, Analytics, Website Monitoring or the support chat.
