Issue types and statuses
Rename built-in types, add your own types, and choose which statuses your team uses.

Issue types
Every project starts with Bug, Suggestion, Question and Other. Under Project → Settings → Issue types you can rename, hide or restore any of them. Hidden types disappear from the reporter's form.
Custom types
On the Pro plan and above you can add up to 20 of your own types, each with a name of 1 to 30 characters. Every custom type is based on one of the four built-in types, so it behaves the same way in integrations and filters.
Statuses
Under Project → Settings → Statuses choose what your team uses:

|---|---|
| Open, Resolved, Closed | Always on. |
| In Progress, Won't Fix | On, can be switched off. |
| Waiting for Approval | Off, switch it on when clients need to sign off fixes. |
