Managing feedback

Statuses, priorities, assignees, filters, comments, internal notes and @mentions.

Prefer a board?

Agency workspaces can switch the Feedback page to a Kanban board, with a column per status and drag and drop.

Statuses, priority and type

FieldOptions
StatusOpen, In Progress, Waiting for Approval, Resolved, Closed, Won't Fix.
PriorityLow, Medium, High, Critical.
TypeBug, Suggestion, Question, Other, plus your own custom types (Pro or above).
Assignee and due dateAssign to any team member and set a due date.

Open, Resolved and Closed are always on. In Progress and Won't Fix are on by default, and Waiting for Approval is optional (turn it on in Project → Settings → Statuses), useful when a client signs off on fixes. Changing a status from the dashboard, the guest portal or MCP all do the same thing: log it, send emails and notifications, fire webhooks and update the linked tracker issue.

Filters and bulk actions

Filter by type, priority, time range (today, this week, this month) and whether the reporter is a member or a guest. Select several issues to change their status or delete them at once. The list refreshes in real time.

Comments

  • Internal note: tick it to keep a comment private to your team. Internal notes are never sent to trackers or webhooks and guests cannot see them.
  • @mentions autocomplete team members, who get an email.
  • Attachments: add images to a comment.
  • Comments can be edited. Public comments also go to the linked tracker issue.

Inside an issue

  • Screenshot or video viewer, console logs, network failures and device details.
  • Activity timeline, copy issue link, and delete.
  • A panel for each connected tracker with live sync status.
  • Invite the reporter as a guest so they can follow the issue.
  • Translation badge when AI translation is on.

Project settings that affect feedback

  • Issue types: rename, hide or restore the built-ins, or add custom types (up to 20, Pro or above).
  • Notifications: per-status emails, Slack and extra email recipients.
  • General: let guests see and comment on each other's issues, and allow comments on Resolved and Closed issues.
