Session replay

See the last 30 seconds before a report was sent.

What it records

When a reporter sends feedback, PinMarks attaches a replay of the last 30 seconds on the page, so you can see the clicks and page changes that led to the problem. Open it from the issue.

Turn it on

Switch on Session Replay under Project → Widget → Screen capture. It requires the Pro plan or above.

Privacy

• Values typed into inputs are masked, and password fields are always hidden.
• On the Agency plan use .sf-exclude to hide an element, .sf-mask to mask it and .sf-unmask to show it.
