How to report an issue

A step-by-step walkthrough for anyone sending feedback with the widget.

Steps

1. 1Open the page where you see the problem and click the feedback button, or press Cmd/Ctrl+I.
2. 2Choose what to capture: an area, the visible area, the entire page or your desktop.
3. 3Mark up the screenshot with arrows, boxes, drawing, highlights or text. Use Blur to hide private information.
4. 4Write a short title and what you expected to happen. Enter your name and email if asked.
5. 5Click submit. The team receives the report straight away.

Tips for a useful report

• Capture the page as you saw it, then point at exactly what is wrong.
• Say what you expected, not only what is broken.
• Technical details such as browser, screen size and console errors are added for you.
