Install on your store

• Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Prestashop: paste the snippet using the matching CMS guide.
• WooCommerce: install the WordPress plugin. With custom metadata on (Agency), reports include the cart contents.

Capture checkout problems

• Reporters mark exactly what is wrong on the product, cart or checkout page and add a note.
• Console logs and, on Pro and above, failed network requests show errors such as a rejected payment call. Add session replay to see the steps that led to it.
• Test safely: load the widget only on your staging store, or use the ?feedback URL parameter on production.

Protect customer data

Use the Blur tool before sending, add card or personal fields to Hidden keys and keep payment domains in Skipped domains under Developer tools. Password fields are always hidden. See Developer tools.

Watch the store

With Website Monitoring (Agency) scan product pages for broken links and SEO gaps, check that a privacy policy, terms and cookie banner exist, and use uptime monitors on your homepage and checkout with a "Must contain text" check so you are told when the store is down.
