PinMarks
What PinMarks is, how the pieces fit together and the words you will see.
Updated October 2026
What PinMarks does
PinMarks has two parts that work together:
- Visual feedback. A small widget on your website lets clients, colleagues and visitors point at a problem, mark up a screenshot and send it, with technical details attached automatically.
- Website Monitoring (Agency plan). Automatic scans for accessibility, SEO, broken links, legal gaps and uptime, with client-ready reports.
How feedback flows
- 1A reporter clicks the feedback button on your site and sends an annotated screenshot.
- 2The report lands in your project's Feedback inbox with the page, browser, device and logs.
- 3It is sent to your tracker (Jira, GitHub, ClickUp and others) and your team is notified.
- 4When you change the status, the tracker, the reporter and the team stay in sync.
